Our apartment building with 5 holiday apartments is located in Austria, in the southernmost region Carinthia, right by Millstatt Lake, in the quietest and most beautiful bay between Döbriach and Dellach, with its own generous, private lakeside beach right by the house with sun beds, sun screens, rowing boat and Jacuzzi.

Our family-run **** apartment building offers 5 apartments for a maximum of 4 to 6 people. Each apartment is accessed conveniently through its own separate entrance and has a balcony facing the lake. 4 apartments have identical furnishing and fittings, 1 apartment in the roof top has 80 m² and 2 bed rooms. Each has a parking space and there is a storage space for bicycles, golf bags and winter sports equipment. Our guests are delighted with the unique location right by the lake and with the quality of our holiday apartments. At Seefels you can enjoy peace .

4 apartment type A provide:
• 1 double bedroom with a box spring bed measuring 200 x 200cm (refurbished in 2016)
• 1 living room with satellite TV and a sofa (bed for two people 200 x 200cm), a kitchen with a microwave, kettle, dishwasher, toaster, coffee and espresso machine, and a cosy dining corner
• Bathroom with a bath and shower, towel radiator (newly refurbished in November 2013)

• Balcony with view of the lake, seating and a parasol
• Tiled and parquet floors with under-floor heating (antiallergenic)
Each apartment boasts a unique view over the whole lake as far as Millstatt, Seeboden and the mountains. The balconies facing south-west treat you to a wonderful sunset every day.

1 apartment Typ C "Loft with Traumausblick" in the rooftop with 85 m² provides 2 bed rooms, and a second small balcony to the east side - for the breakfast in the morning sun:
