The holiday apartment in the attic offers a living space of 80 m². It includes one bedroom with a double bed and another bedroom with two double beds. The living area features a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table with a bench. Additionally, there is a pull-out couch in the living area measuring 140 x 200 cm.

The balcony is furnished with seating and a lounging shell, providing a breathtaking view of Lake Millstatt and the surrounding mountains. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub and a toilet.

The kitchen includes a refrigerator, dishwasher, kettle, espresso machine and filter coffee maker, microwave, oven, and stove. A washing machine is also available.
