Dear holiday guests,

We warmly welcome you to our 3-room holiday flat with a homely feel. The 70 square metre flat is lovingly furnished with traditional Swiss stone pine furniture and has a sunny balcony.

Our 2 bedrooms offer enough space for 2 to 4 people. 2 additional guests can sleep on our high-quality sofa bed (with slatted frame) in the living room. The flat is therefore perfect for a family holiday or a break with friends.

The domicile is located in a quiet residential area, so relaxation starts right outside the front door. Relax on the south-facing balcony, which treats you to a breathtaking panoramic view of hiking trails, cross-country ski runs and the mountains.

Enjoy your excursions and leisure activities in the ENGADIN. We provide you with Nordic walking poles free of charge. So you can get to know the incredibly beautiful nature.

With the free WLAN access (download 30 Mbit/s, upload 50 Mbit/s) you are always up to date and online.

Your car is safely parked in the underground car park. This connects to the neighbouring house (where we rent out another 3.5 room flat for up to 7 people). Only licensed parking spaces are available in the vicinity of the house. We offer a second covered car park on request.

The bus stop and RHB stop "Surovas" are not far away. Shopping facilities and restaurants are within walking distance. Pontresina also offers a wide range of activities. The flat is therefore perfect for an all-round successful holiday.

Pontresina - The fine pleasures of the high Alps

Old Engadine houses and stylish hotel buildings from the Belle Epoque characterise the sunny, sheltered high-altitude health resort. Nestled against a breathtaking backdrop of majestic mountain peaks, above all Piz Bernina, the highest peak in the Eastern Alps, Pontresina is the starting point for alpinists, hikers and climbers in both summer and winter. But culture lovers, romantics and connoisseurs will also find real gems in and around Pontresina, for example a horse-drawn carriage ride into the contrasting Val Roseg or the Bernina Express to the south. In winter, countless inspiring cross-country skiing routes and picturesque winter hiking trails through the enchanting landscape are a treat for the senses. The Diavolezza ski area, which is particularly popular with freeriders, is just a stone's throw away. In summer, the largest colony of ibex in Switzerland delights explorers, while the new "Bernina-Glaciers" adventure area brings the fascination of glaciers in the Bernina region to life.

Excursion options: These mountains. These lakes. This light! On 580 kilometres of hiking trails across all mountains or by mountain bike on 400 kilometres of enjoyable trails: the Upper Engadine offers a first-class network of hiking trails and mountain bike trails in the midst of the pristine mountain world and the inspiring Upper Engadine lake district. The three flow trails on the Corviglia provide the right flow. The lakes of the Upper Engadin are also popular with sports enthusiasts. Kitesurfing, sailing, windsurfing, stand-up paddling: the possibilities are almost endless. The expanse of the inspiring high valley can be experienced in a particularly impressive way on the two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz. And in addition to the wide range of sporting activities on offer, there are also first-class cultural attractions such as a visit to the museum or the numerous art galleries in the various villages.
In winter, 350 kilometres of the finest pistes in the Corviglia, Corvatsch and Diavolezza ski areas and the family-friendly Zuoz invite you to enjoy true skiing and snowboarding fun. Cross-country skiers will find over 220 kilometres of groomed trails in the Upper Engadine and the side valleys. The winter hiking trails and cross-country ski trails on the frozen Upper Engadin lakes shine with light, sunshine and vastness in the midst of an inspiring mountain world. Those who want to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can hike along the 150 km of winter hiking trails in the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever, while those who prefer an overview can enjoy breathtaking views on the panoramic hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.
Families can enjoy the Engadin sunshine on a carriage ride into Val Roseg or Val Fex, or toboggan down into the valley on the 4.2 km long, winding Muottas Muragl toboggan run.

    “echt perfekt; hat uns ausserordentlich gefallen Positiv: schön und gepflegt möbliert. Küche tip top eingerichtet. Sauber sehr gut unterhalten. Negativ: Der Tiefgaragenplatz ist dann schon ziemlich eng. Alle Sensoren pfeifen, dass einem ganz sturm wird.”

    “Eine Wohlfühlferienwohnung die man mit gutem Gewissen weiterempfehlen kann! DANKE! Positiv: Wir haben die Wohnung tip-top sauber angetroffen. Alle Küchenutensilien sind sozusagen neuwertig vorhanden. In den guten Betten lässt sich gut schlafen Die Wohnstube ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, nicht überladen. Sonniger Balkon! Negativ: Das zweite, kleine Schlafzimmer ist für Erwachsene etwas eng, bietet wenig Platz zum Umkleiden,
    eignet sich eher als Kinderzimmer.”

    “Positiv: Gut eingerichtete, saubere Wohnung, in der ich mich sehr wohl fühlte. Freundliche und unkomplizierte Übergabe. Man ist sofort in der Natur aber auch nahe beim Coop und der Bäckerei. Negativ: Der Balkontisch ist für zwei Personen genug gross, für vier eher knapp. Dafür hat es bequeme Stühle und genug Platz auf dem Balkon, um sich zu erholen.”
