Chesa Lodola, flat no. 5

First-class 2-room flat with separate kitchen, bathroom and large outdoor seating area. The elegantly furnished flat has a living room with a sofa and a dining area for four to six people. The second room is a bedroom with two single beds, bedded like a double bed. There are plenty of cupboards in all rooms and in the corridor. The kitchen is separate and has a small area with a hob, dishwasher, oven and a seating area for two people. The bathroom has a bathtub, a WC, a double washbasin and a mirror cabinet. In front of the living room there is a large seating area with a view of the mountains and plenty of sun from around 11 am. A parking space in the underground car park is reserved for you (parking space no. 6). There is also a ski room with a ski locker in the basement (no. 5). Use of the communal washing machine and tumble dryer in the basement is possible. The flat is only rented to adults.

On 580 kilometres of hiking trails across all mountains or by mountain bike on 400 kilometres of enjoyable trails: the Upper Engadine offers a first-class network of hiking trails and mountain bike trails in the midst of the pristine mountain world and the inspiring Upper Engadine lake district. The three flow trails on the Corviglia provide the right flow. The lakes of the Upper Engadin are also popular with sports enthusiasts. Kitesurfing, sailing, windsurfing, stand-up paddling: the possibilities are almost endless. The expanse of the inspiring high valley can be experienced in a particularly impressive way on the two 18-hole golf courses in Samedan and Zuoz. And in addition to the wide range of sporting activities on offer, there are also first-class cultural attractions such as a visit to the museum or the numerous art galleries in the various villages.
In winter, 350 kilometres of the finest pistes in the Corviglia, Corvatsch and Diavolezza ski areas and the family-friendly Zuoz invite you to enjoy true skiing and snowboarding fun. Cross-country skiers will find over 220 kilometres of groomed trails in the Upper Engadine and the side valleys. The winter hiking trails and cross-country ski trails on the frozen lakes of the Upper Engadine sparkle with light, sunshine and vastness in the midst of an inspiring mountain world. Those who want to enjoy the tranquillity and beauty of the snow-covered forests can hike along the 150 km of winter hiking trails in the side valleys of Val Roseg, Val Fex or Val Bever, while those who prefer an overview can enjoy breathtaking views on the panoramic hiking trails high above the lakes on Muottas Muragl.
Families can enjoy the Engadin sunshine on a carriage ride into Val Roseg or Val Fex, or toboggan down into the valley on the 4.2 km long, winding Muottas Muragl toboggan run.

Those looking for peace and quiet will find a true oasis in Madulain. The smallest municipality in the Upper Engadine has just 200 inhabitants and yet enchants on a grand scale: thanks to typical Engadine houses and a lively Romanesque culture. A visit to the ruins of Guardaval Castle from the 13th century guarantees a special kind of experience. Idyllically situated on the River Inn, Madulain is the ideal starting point for all inline skaters, mountain bikers, horse riders, hikers and cross-country skiers and offers close access to the inspiring ski areas of the Engadin.
