Restyled villa near the river Moselle

These semi-detached villas are located in the Cochem holiday resort and were restyled in 2017. The design is modern, comfortable and cosy.You have a living room with floor heating and an open kitchen furnished with appliances. There are two bathrooms, one of which with a traditional sauna. The bedrooms have two single-person box-spring beds, whether or not in a two-person setup. There is a TV in one of the bedrooms. A storage room with washing machine and dryer complete the picture.There is a garden with terrace and garden furniture and there is a parking space by the villa for one car.Note: From Monday, September 2, 2024, to Sunday, June 1, 2025, the indoor swimming pool and the toddler/preschool pool at Ferienresort Cochem will be undergoing significant renovations. During this period, both swimming pools will be closed.
