These detached 12-person villas are spread out over the spacious Cochem holiday resort.The villas were restyled in 2018 and are furnished in a modern and complete way. You'll have five bedrooms at your disposal, one of which on the ground floor and four upstairs. Three of the bedrooms feature two single beds and two have three single beds each; some in a double set-up. There are four bathrooms, one on the ground floor and three upstairs. One of the bathrooms features a traditional sauna. A storage room with washing machine and dryer complete the picture. There is also a garden with a terrace and garden furniture. There's room to park one car at the villa. The other cars can be parked in the central parking.Please note that there is working going on this park regarding different facilities. Inconvenience cause is regretted!Note: From Monday, September 2, 2024, to Sunday, June 1, 2025, the indoor swimming pool and the toddler/preschool pool at Ferienresort Cochem will be undergoing significant renovations. During this period, both swimming pools will be closed.
