From the large south-facing terrace, complete with garden furniture and barbecue, you can enjoy uninterrupted views all the way to the edge of the forest. Here and in the well-kept garden, you can relax undisturbed. Vehicles can be parked on the property.
The detached holiday home is well maintained and comfortably furnished. With a living area of 70 m², it offers space for six people. You can enjoy both the pleasant living atmosphere and the view of the countryside. The house has a comfortably furnished 39 m² living room. The attractive dining room seats six and is located directly in front of the French windows. Facilities are complemented by a flat-screen TV, radio, DVD player and free Wi-Fi internet access. The modern kitchen is fully equipped with high-quality crockery, cooking utensils and appliances such as an extractor hood, multifunction oven, induction hob, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, microwave, toaster, coffee machine, dishwasher and silent washing machine. The bathroom has a walk-in shower. There is a separate toilet. The romantic bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200 cm) with a large duvet (260 x 240 cm). The second bedroom, furnished in a natural style, has a smaller double bed (140 x 190 cm) with a 240 x 220 cm duvet and a bunk bed with two single beds (90 x 190 cm) and two duvets (140 x 200 cm). It's ten kilometres to Fécamp, 25 to Etretat and 50 to Honfleur, a picturesque harbour town. Not far from your holiday home you'll find the first beaches with their typical houses. It is also an ideal base from which to explore the region's most interesting sites. Valmont is a beautiful town of a thousand inhabitants. It offers all the important amenities such as a bakery, butchers, supermarket, restaurant, bar, pub, pharmacy and doctors. The town centre with all its shops is around 1000 metres away by car. You can also take a stroll through the town along the promenade, which is around 600 metres away.
On request, the owner, who lives 50 metres from the house, will provide free baby equipment consisting of a cot (no bed linen), baby bath and high chair. 8 KW/h per day is included, each additional hour will be charged.
