Holiday flat APP A3 for 4 persons Family This detached house in solid construction is located in the immediate vicinity of the beach, quietly situated in a little frequented side street of the Nemira district and yet in a central location

The terrace/balcony is equipped with garden furniture, parasol and sunshade. There is also a shared fenced plot which is also suitable for children.

Bedroom, living-kitchen, terrace, bathroom and toilet The attic, about 42 m² in size, consists of the following rooms: A bedroom, kitchen-living room, sleeping area for 2 more people with 2 single beds, flat screen TV and safe; a balcony with table, armchair and parasol; a well-equipped kitchen with ceramic hob, coffee machine, sink, microwave, dishwasher and a large fridge and freezer. Dining area and an adjoining balcony, shower tray 75x75 and sleeping area with two beds (size 90 - 200).

The distance to the beach is approx. 60 metres. The beach can be reached via a short flight of steps and is not suitable for wheelchairs. The village centre with restaurants and grocery shop is approx. 100 m away.

Please note that the house is easily accessible via a steep tarmac road. There is a car park, two beach loungers (passengers) for free use. There is also a surfboard at your disposal for a fee.

    “Das Haus ist sehr sauber, die Inhaber sehr nett, freundlich und entgegenkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein kleiner Nachteil ist die steile Zufahrtsstraße zum Haus bzw. der steile Weg zum Strand und wieder retour.”
