"Superior" apartment with a view of the water

Very nice holiday flat APP 1 for 4-5 persons This detached house in solid construction is located in the immediate vicinity of the beach, quietly situated in a little frequented side street of the Nemira district and yet in a central location

The terrace/veranda is equipped with garden furniture and parasol. There is also a shared plot of land which is fenced and therefore also ideal for children.

Two bedrooms, living room, terrace, bathroom: bath, shower and toilet extra The attic, about 80 m² in size, consists of the following rooms: A living room with kitchen corner, flat screen TV and double sofa bed; an adjoining bedroom with double bed; a fully equipped kitchen with hob, induction hob, microwave, coffee machine, dishwasher and dining area as well as an adjoining bathroom with shower bath and separate toilet. The second bedroom is created with futon bed (160x200).

The distance to the beach is approx. 60 metres. The beach can be reached via a short flight of steps and is not suitable for wheelchairs. The village centre with restaurants and grocery shop is approx. 100m away.

Please note that the house is easily accessible via a steep road. There is a car park, (two bicycles in case of passengers) for free use. There is also a surfboard at your disposal for a fee.

    “Das Haus ist sehr sauber, die Inhaber sehr nett, freundlich und entgegenkommend. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Ein kleiner Nachteil ist die steile Zufahrtsstraße zum Haus bzw. der steile Weg zum Strand und wieder retour.”
