Der Neubau mit den Gästezimmern liegt bequem an der Autobahnausfahrt und nur ein paar hundert Meter vom Golfplatz "Borgo Machetto“ entfernt.
Die Zimmer befinden sich auf der ersten Etage und verfügen über ein eigenes Bad mit Dusche und Bidet, sowie auch über kostenloses WLAN, Klimaanlage und Heizung.
Die Gäste können einen Balkon und einen Garten gemeinschaftlich nutzen, wo man die Ruhe der Umgebung genießen kann. Gegenüber der Ferienunterkunft befinden sich kostenlose Parkplätze.
Außerdem steht im Gebäude ein Gemeinschaftsraum für alle Gäste zur Verfügung.
In wenigen Minuten vom Neubau entfernt, finden Sie eine Bushaltestelle. Der Bus fährt Sie unter anderem zum Einkaufszentrum (circa ein Kilometer entfernt), das neben Apotheken und Supermärkten auch Restaurants bietet. Des Weiteren fährt Sie diese Buslinie zum Bahnhof (circa anderthalb Kilometer entfernt), zur Altstadt von Desenzano (circa zwei Kilometer entfernt) und auch zu den Stränden und zum Hafen von Desenzano (circa zweieinhalb Kilometer entfernt), wo Sie mit einer Fähre die schönsten Städte am Rande des Gardasees besuchen können. Our one-room apartment 'Rose 1' is located at Via delle Rose, no. 9 in Desenzano del Garda. It is located in a quiet residential area, with the countryside just a few steps away.
There is free parking in front of the building.
Distances: We are 2 kilometres from the centre of Desenzano, so about 25 minutes on foot and 5 min by car and 1 kilometre from the station (about 10-15 min on foot and 1 min by car).
City bus with bus stop in front of the property.
Our studio has a small kitchen with: induction hob, kettle, coffee moke, pots, cutlery, set of plates - glasses - cups.
Double bed, two-door wardrobe, bedside table and private bathroom with shower.
Towels and bed linen are provided.
Outside you can enjoy a small garden on the ground floor and a shared terrace on the first floor.
There are only 4 flats in the building, so it is very quiet!
