From the living area you can reach the furnished balcony. The well-equipped kitchen has a dishwasher, espresso machine, coffee machine, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, toaster and kettle. On the lower floor are the two bedrooms, with direct access to the terrace and garden, as well as the bathroom (shower, WC, two washbasins). One bedroom has a romantic four-poster bed. The second room is furnished with a 1.40 metre wide bed. Above this is a 1.60 metre wide bed. A desk is also part of the furnishings. A washing machine is available for your exclusive use in the cellar room, and there is a brick barbecue and garden furniture, loungers and a parasol on the terrace. The lockable garage is suitable for both your car and motorbike. The property is fully fenced and therefore ideal for children and dogs. A travel cot and high chair are available on request and there are many small, typical Italian restaurants, bars and shops in the surrounding area. There is a public swimming pool 2 kilometres away in Prabione.
