    “Das Einkaufen ist mit mindestens 15 Minuten Autofahrt verbunden, lässt sich aber auf dem Rückweg zu den vielen Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Region gut mit erledigen. Es gibt sehr viele gastronomische Angebote in der Umgebung. Die elsässischen und französischen Spezialitäten (Flammkuchen, Eclaires,...) muss man einfach probieren und wir haben alle gemocht. Das Nordelsass bietet viele Sehenswürdigkeiten (Straßburg, Savern, Wangenburg, Dabo, Wasselonne,Obernai..), die wirklich nicht weit weg sind. Die Sport- und Freizeitangebote (wir haben nur das Schwimmbad in Saverne genutzt) sind zahlreich vorhanden, bei allen Unternehmungen wurde unser elfjähriges Kind gut bedacht. Das Preisniveau schien mir geringfügig über unserm deutschen zu liegen.”

    “Idealer Ausgangspunkt für Wanderer und Mountainbiker. Alle Einkaufsmöglichkeiten bis hin zum großen Supermarkt im Umkreis von max. 10 km gelegen. Einige nette Restaurants im Umkreis. Idealer Ausgangspunkt auch für Ausflüge ins weitere Elsass.”
