    “Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in nächster Nähe und innerhalb weniger Minuten mit dem Auto zu erreichen. Der Strand ist sehr sauber und man kann mehrere Meter im Knie hohen Wasser ins Meer laufen. Die Preise in den Lokalen und Einkaufsläden sind erschwinglich und auf Touristen ausgelegt. Es gibt viele Möglichkeiten um auch die Kinder zu Beschäftigen, z.B. Minigolf. Sehr interessant und mit Audioguide sind die Ruinen von Empuries in LÉscala. Das Castell de Montgri in Torroella de Montgri ist auch sehenswert, aber der angegebene Fußmarsch von ca. 40 Minuten stimmt nicht ganz, wir haben auf den steilen unbefestigten und stellenweise sehr schmalen Wegen bis zur Burg, knappe 90 Minuten benötigt, aber der Ausblick von oben macht jede Anstrengung wieder weg.”
