    “Supermarkt ist in 5 Minuten mit dem Auto erreichbar. 20 Minuten zu Fuß den Berg hoch liegt das historische Zentrum von Torchiara, klein und sehr nett mit tollem Blick über die Bucht. Die unmittelbare Umgebung ist sonst nicht sehr spannend. Man braucht also das Auto. Mit dem Auto ist man in 10 Minuten am Bahnhof von Agropoli (von dort mit dem Zug in 1h 10 min in Neapel, Achtung: Reservierungspflicht!), 30 Minuten an den Ruinen in Paestum, in 1h in Salerno und in 1 1/2 Stunden auf der wunderschönen Halbinsel von Sorrent. Castellabate ist in 30 Minuten ebenfalls mit dem Auto erreichbar und lohnt einen Ausflug. Richtung Süden zur Küste von Paluniro braucht man etwas mehr als 1h. Verschiedene Höhlen und der Nationalpark des Cilento sind schöne Ausflugsziele. In der Umgebung gibt es also viel zu sehen, Auto ist dabei allerdings Pflicht.”
