    “Srinjine is a very quiet village where you can still meet and shop with the locals.
    It is surrounded by hills, so our view from the house was at all sides beautiful.
    There are a few restaurants, but a car is necessary to get there. The village is 10 min away by car from the seaside. In the center of the village you can find a small supermarket and bakery.
    Several bigger supermarkets you can reach by car in 15 min.”

    “It is a calm and beautiful village outside of Split with a nice location towards the hills. I recommend to rent a car, as this will simplify your transportation. Not many tourists in the village.”

    “Wir waren im August dort, der Ort war tagsüber - wegen der Ferien - teils wie ausgestorben. Abends fanden Fußballspiele auf dem Sportplatz ca. 200 Meter unterhalb statt, das hat uns aber nicht gestört.

    Das abendliche Hundegebell war manchmal nervig, aber das ist weder dem Vermieter noch dem Ort anzulasten.

    Kurz hinter dem Sportplatz (vom Haus aus betrachtet) findet sich ein kleiner Supermarkt; wir waren meistens in den großen Märkten Richtung Split einkaufen, aber für ein paar Kleinigkeiten durchaus brauchbar! Das frische Brot dort ist sehr lecker.

    Man mag finden, dass Srinjine etwas weit außerhalb liegt (ca. 17 km bis ins Zentrum von Split) und dass die Landschaft etwas eintönig ist (Richtung Omis wird's schöner), aber das hat uns bei Tagesausflügen mit dem Auto nicht gestört und war bei Pooltagen einfach nur egal!”
