    “Het huis staat in Velva, een piepklein en oeroud dorpje zo'n half uur rijden van Sestri Levante. De ligging is prachtig. Sestri Levante is een gezellig stadje aan de kust met veel winkels en restaurants. Ook een station waarmee je gemakkelijk bv een dagje naar Genua kunt gaan.
