    “Postira ist ein kleiner und gemütlicher Fischerort direkt am Meer mit Hafen. Die Einwohner sind alle sehr freundlich und Hundelieb. Englisch und Deutsch hat zur Unterhaltung ausgereicht. Direkt im Ort gibt es einen Supermarkt mit dem Nötigsten, ca 15 km weiter gibt es Lidl mit größerem Einkaufsangebot. Olivenöl kann man frisch in Postira kaufen, genauso wie frischen Fisch vom Fischmarkt in der Nähe.
    Im Ort hat es kleine Lokale mit guten einheimischen Essensangeboten. Nur Cocktails können die Postierer nicht mixen, die schmecken alle gleich nach Wasser. Dagegen ist das Bier durchaus genießbar.
    Uns wurde als Ausflugsziel das Horn empfohlen mit dem schönsten Strand von Brac. Wir fanden den Strand nicht so schön. Das Meerwasser war affenkalt und der Strand von Besuchern überfüllt. Außerdem hohe Parkplatzgebühren und teure Speisen/Getränke. Alternativ gibt es noch den Sandstrand im Nachbarort von Postira, aber auch dort mit kaltem Wasser und zu flach, mag aber für Familien mit Kleinkinder von Vorteil sein.
    Da fanden wir unseren Strand vor der Haustüre von allen noch am allerschönsten!
    Superior als nächstgrößere Stadt mit Hafen war den Ausflug auch nicht wirklich wert. Das Essen war grauenhaft und der Ort nicht so wunderschön, wie Postira.
    In Postira gefiel uns, dass es nicht von Touristen überrannt war und die Strände viel Platz boten. Das Wasser war glasklar und ideal zum Schnorcheln.
    Für uns war es ein gelungener Urlaub und empfehlenswert!”
