    “Marco de Canaveses ist alles andere als hübsch, bietet aber gute Einkaufmöglichkeiten und einige gute Sehenswürdigkeiten in der Nähe (Igreja Santa Maria, die römische Siedlung Tongobriga). Einziger Minuspunkt ist der Rio Temaga, der mit seinen Grünalgen nicht gerade zum Baden einlädt.”
