    “Das Haus liegt in einer schönen, noblen Wohngegend in der Nähe der Altstadt von Alcudia und zeichnet sich dadurch aus, dass es hier, abseits der Touristenströme, sehr ruhig ist und in der näheren Umgebung - fußläufig erreichbar - einen kleinen Mini-Markt und mehrere gute Restaurant gibt. Weiters befinden sich hier auch ein paar schöne Badebuchten welche nicht so stark frequentiert sind wie in den benachbarten Orten. Alcudia und ein großer Supermarkt sind mit dem Auto in 5 Minuten erreichbar.”
