    “This is a review of Umag and area .
    The house is a 5-10 min drive from Umag .
    On the port side there are cafes and restaurants next to the sea .
    We found a fishmonger near the tourist office but no butcher- there is one in Buje
    The small supermarket on the road towards the house ( on the left ) from Umag is great .

    Great swimming north of Umag - beyond the campsites .
    You can visit Istrian mountain villages and venture to Portoroz Piran Muggia and even Trieste to the north.
    South - Rovinj Pula and Porec are worth a visit.We did a boat trip to Rovinj which was good value.”

    “Man ist in wenigen Minuten in Umag. Dort gibt es alles was man braucht. Supermärkte (Kaufland, Lidl, Spar etc.)
    Am Meer ist man auch in 5 min. mit dem Auto.”

    “Absolut kinderfreundlich, da Spielplatz auf dem eingezäunten Grundstück, Tiere zum Streicheln und anschauen (Hund, Katze, Schafe, Tauben, Hühner, Hasen...), Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Bank, Restaurants... im 3km entfernten Hauptort Zminj vorhanden, für Istrien-Ausflügler ideale Ausgangslage, da zentral in Istrien gelegen. Allerdings sind es bis zum Meer ca. 30 km und nicht wie beschrieben 15km. Kmeti ist ein ruhiges gelegenes kleines Dörfchen, für Urlauber die die Ruhe und Entspannung suchen absolut empfehlenswert.”
