    “Kiotari is a growing area in relation to tourism, but we found everything we needed, tavernas, supermarket, butcher etc. Definitely need a car but roads were easy to navigate, there being one main road all the way around the island, which we made full use of touring! We found two lovely family run tavernas, one in Vati the Pelecanos and our favourite was Nicholas Traditional Taverna about 4 km drive into the mountains (well signed posted) Asklipiio. (Follow from first main roundabout into Kiotari)”

    “Fußläufig von der Unterkunft zu erreichen sind ein Supermarkt und einige Tavernen. Wer ein Auto zur Verfügung hat, kann innerhalb von 10 Minuten zahlreiche weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erreichen. Bis zum Strand sind es nur ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuß. Der Kiesstrand von Kiotari ist herrlich: Nicht zu überlaufen, aber dennoch einige Liegen, die nicht gemietet werden müssen. Es genügt, ein Getränk bei der benachbarten Taverne zu bestellen, um dort den gesamten Tag verbringen zu dürfen.”
