Rent a Holiday Home in Beautiful Grado
Holidays are not meant to be permanent, but you may have trouble leaving once you've settled into your comfortable holiday home or flat in the beautiful Italian Adriatic town of Grado. Sunbathe on the beach, swim in pristine waters, stroll through a charming Italian town and delve into its history. Of course, there is the simple pleasure of lounging in the shade, undisturbed, with a good book.
Sunshine and Relaxation with a Holiday Apartment
For a truly relaxing beach holiday, Italy's Adriatic Coast is a fantastic choice, and there are few places on the Adriatic as attractive as Grado. Sandy beaches stretch out alongside the sparkling sea, and there is no end of potential for sunbathing, swimming, water sports or just admiring the surrounding natural beauty. There is ample opportunity for tuning out and relaxing, since Grado was developed as a popular spa resort under the Austro-Hungarian Empire, and still has plenty to ensure total relaxation and recuperation today. Head to the thermal baths at Grado Beach and Sea Spa to unwind in style. However, it's not only sun and sand here. Grado has been an important town since Roman times, and there are many historic sights to see, including the beautiful Basilica of Sant'Eufemia, which stands on the site of a 4th century Basilica.
A Memorable Holiday for the Whole Family
A holiday home in or around Grado, where you can find idyllic villages and stunning landscapes, puts your family in the perfect place to enjoy whatever suits them best. For the young ones, there will be plenty of prospective new friends, safe swimming waters and playgrounds, whilst the grown-ups will enjoy soaking up the atmosphere in Grado's many cafés, bars and restaurants. Thrill-seekers will be kept happy too, as there is a huge array of adventure activities and water sports available. With holiday homes and apartments to suit all party sizes, Grado is a great choice for an unforgettable group getaway.
