    “Een 'avenue verte' aan de achterzijde, rechtstreeks bereikbaar via het park. 1/2 uurtje wandelen via die avenue verte naar de dichtsbijgelegen SuperU waar alles te vinden is.
    50 km naar Dieppe (kust) - kan ook met de fiets via de Avenue Verte.
    Schitterende wandelingen via de naastgelegen meren.
    Casino aan de overkant.”
