    “Faro ist ein ruhiger Ort mit viel Charme und Charakter. Gastronomie ausgezeichnet, das Leben findet im Sommer auf der Straße statt. Die Portogiesen sind ein sehr nettes Volk, wo man einfach Entspannung spüren kann. Die kleinen Gassen und der Hafen sind zauberhaft, man wird nicht vom Tourismus überrannt. Zu empfehlen ist auch eine Bootstour, unser Skipper war einmalig, sein Wissen war enorm, wir haben viel erfahren, was wir sonst nie gewusst hätten. Zum Strand P. Beach ist es nur eine kurze Busfahrt von ca 20 - 35 min, er fährt ca. stündlich.”

    “Faro ist ganz schön, da es im Unterschied zu den Haupttouristenzentren weniger touristisch ist.
    Es ist allerdings immer eine längere Fahrt oder Schifffahrt notwendig, um an die Strände zu kommen. Die sind ganz schön, vor allem die Ilha Deserta!”
