    “Zowel winkels, restaurantjes liggen op loopafstand, een gezellig klein vissersdorpje.
    Alles wat je nodig hebt ligt op loopafstand, wel is het aan te raden om een auto te huren om de omgeving te verkennen”

    “Der Ort Burgau hat alles, was man benötigt und ist sehr sauber. Nachts war es manchmal sehr laut, da die Müllabfuhr um 3 oder 4 Uhr nachts die Müll- und Glascontainer geleert hat. Zum Meer hatten wir zu Fuß 5 Minuten zu laufen, der Strand war sehr sauber. Die Umgebung von Burgau z.B. Sagres, Lagos, und der Nationalpark Monchique sind sehr zu empfehlen. Wir waren nicht zum letzten Mal in dieser Gegend.”

    “Burgau ist super. Direkt am Strand (zu Fuß 2 Minuten) mit ausreichend Bars. Leider sind die Läden direkt im Ort sehr teuer, aber Lagos ist mit dem Auto innerhalb von 10 Minuten zu erreichen (dort gibt es günstigere Läden) und generell die Gegend da unten ist sehr schön. Gerade zum Wandern oder Biken an den Klippen an der Küste entlang oder zum Wandern in den Bergen. Der Strand ist schön, kaum steinig und gut begehbar.”
