Nestled in the middle of the Frisian woods, surrounded by water, lies the Black Cross Water Park. And it is here that you will find this lovely holiday home, just outside the village of Noardburgum. This enchanting holiday home was built in 2006 on the edge Lake Burgumermeer. It has been thoughtfully designed to maximise upon its unique location and it boasts a spacious terrace, from where you can enjoy views of the lake and the Frisian forests. Inside, the villa is spacious and comfortable; it is spread across three storeys and accommodates up to eight people with an open-plan kitchen and living area on the ground floor, three bedrooms and a bathroom on the first floor and a fourth bedroom and a living area on the top floor. From the terrace you can jump straight into the lake, or, for guests wishing to remain somewhat drier, you may wish to rent a boat and explore the floodwaters of the lake. A boat will also allow you to venture to the charming towns of Dokkum, Leeuwarden, Drachten or Eernewoude. If you'd prefer to stay on land, the surrounding area offers plenty of opportunities for cycling. The nearby harbour is home to a selection of bars and restaurants. The property is surrounded by a beech hedge and a metal swing gate. The garden is not completely divided as there is no fence in the beech hedge. The lowest point is 50 cm, the highest point 110 cm.

    “Waren sehr enttäuscht. Grundstück nur mit einem Draht eingezäunt. Hunde können entweichen. Duschen undicht. Spüle undicht. ( wurde dem Vermieter mitgeteilt). Kaputter Tisch auf der Steganlage. Kaputte / verrottete Möbel auf dem Steg. Hecken nicht geschnitten. Saunaholz sah schimmelig aus. Herd tat es der mittlere Grill nicht. Schlafzimmer einfaches Regal. Zum einschlafen darf man sich seine Wäsche anschauen. Kein Kleiderschrank im großen Schlafzimmer mit Bad. Kleine Löffel haben wir nachgekauft und dort gelassen. ( 3 Löffel für 8 Personenhaus).
