The holiday accommodation is suitable for guests who seek tranquillity, space and privacy in a residential complex and wish to enjoy their own independence. The approximately 80 m² flat, renovated in July 2014, is located on the third floor. It consists of a large living room, an eat-in kitchen, a bathroom with integrated laundry and two bedrooms (one double and one twin). The double bed measures 160 cm x 190 cm, while the single beds measure 90 cm x 190 cm. An additional bed for one person can be added on request. All rooms are fully furnished and equipped with electrical appliances. The living room with balcony is furnished with a three-seater sofa, a 32-inch HD digital TV with integrated hi-fi and a bookcase with travel, cooking and fiction texts in various languages. The kitchen-dining room is equipped with all the necessary utensils, including a microwave, a ventilated electric oven, a gas cooker, a refrigerator, a Nespresso machine and a filter coffee machine. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, bidet, toilet and is equipped with hygiene products such as shampoo, shower gel, liquid soap, etc. The flat is equipped with household appliances and accessories such as a washing machine, iron, ironing board and hairdryer. A hoover, bed linen and towels are also provided free of charge. All rooms are heated and the living room is also air-conditioned.

The tenants of the house have access to a communal outdoor garden. A public car park is available in front of the apartment complex.

Guests can make use of free Wi-Fi Internet access throughout the building. In accordance with regional regulations, the flat is equipped with a first aid kit, a fire extinguisher and an emergency telephone to ensure your safety. The internal regulations state that it is forbidden to serve food and drinks. With this regulation in mind, you will instead be offered a kit containing packaged food products such as jam, honey, biscuits, chocolate spread, rusks, fruit juice and more.

All the utensils needed to prepare a coffee or tea are provided. In the refrigerator you will also find a carton of milk and a bottle of mineral water, and fresh fruit is also available. This property is authorised to operate a holiday home rental business as a category 2 non-commercial activity, as registered by the Travel and Tourism Agency (SCIA) of Rome, Department of Tourism no. QA 2015/30655 of 12/12/2015. A few dozen metres from the house is the Tuscolano III market, where it is possible to buy groceries. Nearby are also places of worship, hospitals, universities and companies, making the flat ideal not only for tourists, but also for those planning a longer stay in Rome for business reasons. The flat is just a few minutes from the Cinecittà film studios (reachable on foot or after three Metro A stops) and just one block from the historic Parco degli Acquedotti, part of the Appia Antica Park. Only 200 metres from the house is the lively Via Tuscolana, the shopping street Via del Cinema and the Lucio Sesto metro station, from which all the sights of Rome can be reached in a few minutes. The district is rich in ancient history and, thanks to its proximity to the Ciampino military airport, is also characterised by modern trains.

    “Die Ferienwohnung ist schön, sauber und gemütlich eingerichtet. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt, der Kühlschrank war gefüllt, es gibt eine Klimaanlage und Wlan; man hat sich direkt wie zuhause gefühlt. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und haben uns am Anfang die Wohnung gezeigt und gesagt, was es in der Gegend alles gibt. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Straße, sodass man nachts sehr gut schlafen konnte.
    Alles in allem haben wir die Zeit dort sehr genossen und empfehlen diese Wohnung auf jeden Fall weiter!”
