Semi-detached house in first line

The 170 m² holiday home offers space for up to seven people on two floors. The house was built in 1990 and last renovated in 2005.

From the living room there is access to the terrace, which has a table and chairs and a barbecue. From here you have a great view of the sea. From the 630 m² garden of the property you have direct access via a path to the beach and the sea. There is also a private covered parking space on the property.

On the ground floor are the bedrooms, two of which are furnished with two single beds (0.90 m x 1.90 m) and one with a double bed (1.50 m x 1.90 m). There is also a bathroom with shower, washbasin and toilet, as well as a guest toilet with washbasin. Another room can be converted into a fourth bedroom. Here you will have another bed of 1,40m x 1,90m. The kitchen is very well equipped and includes a gas cooker with oven, fridge freezer, dishwasher, microwave, capsule coffee machine, as well as crockery and cutlery. The spacious living room is equipped with sofas, satellite TV and a dining table for shared meals on the mezzanine. Wi-Fi is also available.

In addition to Cala Mandia beach, there are also the following beaches nearby: Cala Anguilla, Sa Coma, Cala Romantica and Portocristo, where you can rent boats and canoes. There are also many bays nearby, such as: B. Cala Varques, Cala Magraner, Cala Virgili. There are also numerous restaurants in the area, especially in Portocristo, which is located 3 km from the house. Shopping facilities are about 200 metres away.

    “Pro:
    Der Balkon und der naheliegende Strand.

    Contra:
    Die laute Animation jeden Abend vom gegenüberliegenden Hotel. Schrecklich! Die Ausstattung des Hauses ist in die Jahre gekommen müßte teilweise erneuert werden. Stühle waren kaputt. Die Kaffeemaschine auch.”

    “Pro:
    Das Haus war für 7 Personen super geeignet.
    Jeder hatte Rückzugsmöglichkeiten oder genug Platz um zusammenzusein.
    Super waren auch 2 Duschen und Toiletten.
    Wir sind mit 2 Autos angereist und es gab genügend Platz zum parken.
    Check-in und Out total prima und unkompliziert über einen Safe und keine Zeitspannen.

    Contra:
    Leider waren einige Geräte nicht mehr funktionstüchtig wie der Toaster und 2 Kaffeemaschinen.
    Und die Standventilatoren wollte niemand von uns anfassen.
    Bei mehreren Elektrogeräten gleichzeitig bei Inbetriebnahme ist die Sicherung rausgeflogen.
    Badezimmer konnte man leider beide nicht abschließen.”

    “Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit Positiv: Der Haus ist sehr schön und perfekt gelegen. In ein paar Minuten erreicht man den schönen Strand Cala Mendia mit einen tollen kleinen Restaurant.

    Das Haus hat alles, was man für einen Sommerurlaub benötigt und der Besitzer ist unglaublich nett und hilfsbereit.

    Besonders schön sind auch die großen Terrassen mit Blick auf das Meer Restaurant: El chiringuito - Lecker, bezahlbar und eine wunderschöne Aussicht mit sehr netten Personal Ausflüge: Arta Markt - Jeden Dienstag”
