Guests have access to a large garden with a swimming pool (10x5 m, depth 120 cm, open from mid-May to about the end of September), equipped with garden furniture, barbecue and sun loungers; a wonderful place to make the most of nature.
The 90 sqm flat, for up to 5 persons, is very well furnished and divided on two levels.
On the ground floor there is a large living room with kitchenette (cooker, oven, fridge with freezer, dishwasher, coffee machine, toaster, kettle) and a large dining table. TV, radio, CD/DVD player and Wi-Fi Internet available. The living room opens onto the garden and terrace. On the same floor there is also a double bedroom with bathroom with shower and hairdryer and a storage room for a washing machine.
On the first floor is a single room from which there is access to a second room with a double bed. All windows are fitted with mosquito nets. Private parking.
Nearest shops and restaurants 800 m away. Pisa approx. 25 km, Florence 65 km. An ideal place for a relaxing holiday, but at the same time centrally located for day trips to the various art centres such as Florence, Lucca, Pisa and Siena or to the golden sandy beaches of Versilia, only 30 minutes away.
