Authentic Normandy farmhouse 2 km from the beaches of Villers sur mer or Houlgate.
It comprises a lounge, a dining room, a separate kitchen and a small shower room with shower, washbasin and toilet.
Its charming features (beams, stonework, terracotta floor tiles, half-timbering) will win you over,
A wood-burning stove is also available.
On the ground floor there is a double sofa bed (16 cm) for 2 adults.
The first floor has a 140cm bed and a study area.
A 200m2 garden planted with trees will allow you to enjoy your meals outside.

    “Das Objekt ist ein altes Bauernhaus. Es punktet mit seiner Größe und dem großen Grundstück. Das Badezimmer ist renoviert und entspricht üblichen Standards. Die Küche ist funktional und in Ordnung. Das Untergeschoss ist sehr geräumig. Im Obergeschoss können große Menschen, über 1,75 Probleme bekommen. Bei dem Haus ist ein wunderschönes großes Grundstück. Man hat hier seine Ruhe und das Objekt ist ideal für Familien mit Kindern. Es ist nicht luxuriös aber sauber und alles, was man braucht ist vorhanden. Menschen, die ländlichen Charme lieben und auch mal ein Insekt akzeptieren können,sind hier genau richtig. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett und beraten einen gerne, was Ausflugsziele und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten oder Gastronomie betrifft.”
