The 75 m² holiday flat is located in a residential area of Sardina del Norte, next to the sea, and can accommodate up to three people. This small village is located in the northwest of Gran Canaria, about 7 km from Gáldar. It is an ideal place to relax while enjoying the stunning sea views.

The holiday flat offers two bedrooms: one with a double bed (1,35 m x 1,90 m) and the other with two single beds (0,90 m x 1,90 m each). The bathroom has a small shower, washbasin, hairdryer and toilet. The living room is furnished with a modern sofa. In addition, there is a digital TV and a portable device with wifi. The kitchen is integrated in the living room and a bar serves as a separator. It has an induction hob, fridge-freezer, mini-oven, microwave, toaster, coffee maker and kettle. Bed linen and towels are included in the rental price. In addition, the terrace has a table, 2 to 4 chairs and two sun loungers for sunbathing.

The partially covered patio or terrace is ideal for dining and sunbathing. The patio also offers stunning ocean views. It is furnished with a table, chairs and sun loungers.

Car hire is recommended. There are two communal parking spaces easily accessible on foot (30 m).

The area is ideal for sunbathing, fishing, hiking, jogging, cycling, reading or just relaxing. You can enjoy breathtaking views of the Atlantic Ocean and beautiful sunsets. From the patio/terrace and the bedroom you can hear the waves of the sea. We recommend a visit to the town of Gáldar, where you will find one of the most important archaeological sites of the Canary Islands: "La Cueva Pintada". You can visit an exhibition of Canarian art. Shops, supermarkets, restaurants, internet cafés and the family beach of Sardina are all within 2 km. There is a natural swimming pool about 50 metres from the property. It is constantly filled with waves. The nearest ferry port is 10 km away, from where you can take a 60-minute boat trip to Tenerife. Las Palmas is about 25 minutes by car. The airport is 50 km away (50 minutes by car) and Maspalomas and Playa del Inglés are about 80 km away (one hour by car).

    “Wir bedauern, dass die Nachbarn Lärm gemacht haben. Wir glauben, dass dies ein einmaliges Ereignis ist, das heutzutage nicht mehr vorkommt. Was das Fernsehen anbelangt, so gibt es kein Satellitenfernsehen, sondern nur das nationale Fernsehen.”

    “Herzliche Begrüßung durch die Vermieter. Sehr saubere Wohnung mit hübschem Balkon zum genießen der Abendstunden (Sonnenuntergang) und Blick aufs Meer. Sehr ruhige Anlage - zum Meer ca. 50 m über eine kleine Treppe, nur Steine, gut für Angler, Baden nicht wirklich empfehlenswert. Sandstrand mit dem Auto ca . 5 Minuten. Ein Auto für die Zeit des Aufenthaltes ist unserer Meinung nach unbedingt notwendig, auch sollten keine Beschwerden beim Laufen bestehen (viele Treppen).

    Vor dem Balkon und der Haustür wachsen Palmen, Kakteen und Oleander und werden mit viel Liebe gepflegt. Die komplette Appartementanlage ist jedoch nicht fertiggestellt worden. Stört aber nicht, wenn man dann in der kleinen Wohnung ist und aufs Meer blickt. Dieses Objekt ist für Leute zu empfehlen, die keine Rundumbetreuung in einer Ferienanlage für ihren Urlaub suchen.”

    “Bardzo fajne miejsce. Wnętrze przytulne, czyste. Mieszkanie dobrze wyposażone. Ładny widok z okna. Przytulny taras. Cisza spokój. Czteroosobowa rodzina bardzo sobie wypoczęła. Brak było internetu a zasięg telefonii mobilnej zależał od porywów wiatru, ale dla osób wyrwanych sprzed komputera to może być zaleta.”
