Modern holiday apartments in a country house on the idyllic Gnitz peninsula, right by the Achterwasser
This country house is in Lütow, on the idyllic Gnitz peninsula, right by the Achterwasser. On this peninsula on the island of Usedom you can still find a natural animal and plant paradise with beautiful footpaths and a beach for swimming, and places for fishing. The house offers three holiday apartments for four and six people. All the apartments have been comprehensively renovated.
The house is surrounded by a 2800m² garden. There are free parking spaces on site. A dog is allowed on request.
The Baltic Sea town of Zinnowitz is in the north-western part of the island of Usedom, the largest and most traditional seaside town, just 6km from Lütow. The island is known for its charming contrasts, forest and lake. The varied landscape with beech, oak and conifer forests along the coast, as well as moors and meadows by the Achterwasser give the island its special charm and charisma. During the summer months there is s minimarket at the natural campsite 2km away. Supermarkets such as Aldi, Netto, Lidl or Edeka, can be found in Zinnowitz.
Apartment "Kapitänshaus" with a view of the water
The holiday flat is located on the ground and first floor. It has a living space of approx. 105 m² and is ideal for accommodating 4 adults with 2 children (up to 8 years). On the ground floor you will find a large, combined living and kitchen area with a cosy sofa corner, a large dining table with modern chairs and enough space for six people as well as a fully equipped kitchen. One of the three bedrooms is also located on the ground floor. It has a 160 cm wide box-spring bed with separate mattress and a wardrobe. There are two further bedrooms on the upper floor. The first room has another 160 cm wide box-spring bed with a separate mattress. The other bedroom also has a box-spring bed, but it is 140 cm wide and has a full-length mattress. Two well-designed bathrooms, one on the ground floor and one on the upper floor, are also part of the flat. They are equipped with a shower and WC and have natural light. A baby cot and high chair are available free of charge. Extra beds are possible. All rooms can be heated.
There is a lockable bicycle shed on the property.
Dogs with a maximum height of 40 cm are allowed on request.
