This tastefully furnished holiday home is ideally located: just a few hundred metres from the beach, in a quiet setting in a small village where you'll find all kinds of shops. The holiday home, completed in July 2014, is situated on a plot of approximately 400 m².
The garden is fenced. There is a garden table with chairs for four people and a barbecue. There is also a hot tub in the garden and a trampoline for children. There is parking for two cars.
The holiday home has two bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms. The showers are on the same level. You will find a good night's sleep in the first bedroom with a 160x200cm double bed and in the second bedroom, where you will find two 90x200cm single beds that can be pushed together to form a large double bed. A mattress topper is available on request. The "Literie Impériale de France" brand bedding is very comfortable and provides a restful night's sleep. The spacious kitchen is very well equipped: in addition to an oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment, kettle and toaster, there is also an espresso machine and filter coffee machine. The kitchen is located in a large room where you will find a lounge area with a 3D TV (40"). On the mezzanine floor, you can relax in a second cosy lounge. Here you'll find a second 3D TV with a HiFi home cinema system and a Wii U games console. In this room you'll have a great time with family and friends! It is connected to a sauna large enough for six people and a third bathroom with shower and toilet. A washing machine and tumble dryer are available in a utility room adjoining the house.
The area in which the holiday home is located is very quiet and peaceful. Shops such as a bakery, a butcher's, a fishmonger's, a patisserie, a chemist's, a small supermarket and restaurants are all within walking distance. The beach is 400 metres away. The famous Mont Saint-Michel is a 40-minute drive away. A five-minute drive will take you to Granville, a famous seaside resort also known as the "Monaco of the North". Although the shops are within walking distance, the owner recommends that you have a motor vehicle. However, there is also a bus service from Granville to Saint-Pair-sur-Mer, and from Saint-Pair-sur-Mer you can also reach Mont-Saint-Michel and other attractions by public transport.
The living areas on the ground floor are adapted for people with reduced mobility. One of the bedrooms has 1-metre-wide sliding doors, so a wheelchair user can easily use this room. However, there are no grab rails in the bathroom. Please note that smoking is not permitted in the house. Of course, you are free to do so in the garden. An internet connection is available from December 2014. If you arrive early and need internet access during your stay, the owner will be happy to find a solution for you. He also lives on the property at the bottom of the garden. The two properties are essentially independent of each other as they are separated by a fence. There is underfloor heating on the ground floor and radiators on the mezzanine.
