The apartment has a cosy living room with a fireplace stove, a sofa, a table and armchairs, as well as a stereo system and satellite TV. The generous open kitchen includes a dining space and is fully-equipped with an electric hob, oven, cooker hood, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. The first bedroom has a double bed (180cm wide) and a wardrobe. A child’s bed can be added. The bathroom is fitted with a shower, WC and bidet. Stairs in the living room lead to the second, fully-furnished bedroom with a double bed (180cm wide) and a second toilet. The apartment has gas heating that can be regulated individually in each room.
