Villa "Estel" with its own swimming pool

Villa estel. Villa with swimming pool ETV/2629, totally private, located in a residential area of the "Urbanización Lago Esperanza del Puerto de Alcúdia" of 150 square meters built and about 225 square meters of garden. Very quiet area surrounded by nature with pedestrian streets and children's playground.
Capacity for 6 persons, 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen, living room with TV, satellite TV, internet (Wifi), washing machine, barbecue, cot and high chair available for children, iron for clothes, hair dryer, garden furniture and swimming pool.
In accordance with local energy saving initiatives, this villa has air conditioning and heating available in the rooms from 15:00 to 18:00 and from 21:00 to 07:00.
Cleaning service is provided at check-in and check-out.
The villa is about 50 km from the airport. It is worth mentioning that the distances on the island are short and the security is excellent, which makes it easy to visit different areas if you wish.
Puerto de Alcudia and its bay enjoy the best natural areas of Mallorca: natural beaches, natural park, lake, important gastronomic offer, cultural offers in the old part of the village, sport offers such as cycling, golf, water and underwater sports, hiking, .....
The basic services: supermarkets, pharmacy, police, hospital, petrol station, public transport, leisure areas, restaurants, bars and shops are about 400 metres away (10 minutes walking). The beach is situated at about 500 metres (12 minutes walking distance).
The natural park of s'albufera, characterized by its biodiversity in flora and fauna, is about 800 m away. The nearest golf course is 3,5 km away.
Puerto de Alcúdia belongs to the municipality of Alcúdia, a town that enjoys a great historical character immersed in a great wall and with pedestrian streets in the centre. In the village of Alcúdia there are two weekly markets, one on Tuesday and the other one on Sunday.

    “Sehr herzliche Begrüßung durch die Vermieterin mit Sekt, Obstkorb und einem Snack. Leider konnte die Vermieterin kein englisch oder deutsch. Die Verständigung war eher mit Händen und Füßen, ging aber irgendwie.

    Das Haus ist sehr schön eingerichtet und es fehlte uns an nichts. Haus, Garten und Pool waren sehr gepflegt. Das Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohngegend. Wir waren zu fünft dort und ein 2. Haustürschlüssel wäre gut gewesen.

    Deutsches Fernsehen haben wir nur mit allergrößter Mühe einstellen können. Die Vermieterin sollten wir per E-Mail kontaktieren, falls etwas ist. Sie hatte sich aber leider nicht bei uns gemeldet.”

    “Eine gute Lage in ruhiger Wohngegend, trotzdem Einkaufmöglichkeiten und Restaurants mit dem Auto schnell erreichbar. Ausstattung: Alles vorhanden, was man im Urlaub braucht. Sauber! Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gastronomie mit dem Auto sehr gut erreichbar. Gute Lage. Altstadt von Alcudia mit dem Auto in 15 Min. erreichbar.”
