Villa "Villa Nova" with private pool

Spacious villa with billiard room with bar, barbecue, pool, pergola, lush and large garden, private beach access and car park, on the island of Korcula

This house is a stone villa, built in the Dalmatian style, surrounded by a park with typical Mediterranean plants, through which a private path leads to the beach. The villa consists of ground floor and first floor. On the ground floor there is a kitchen, dining room with fireplace, two bedrooms and a bathroom. On the first floor there is an aperitif bar with a pool table, two bedrooms with wooden floors, a bathroom and a balcony. The floor is reached via an external staircase. All rooms have air conditioning. Two of the four rooms are furnished with a French bed (150 x 195 cm) and the other two rooms each have two single beds (90 x 195 cm). From the house you can access the large, partially covered terrace with its cosy lounge furniture. Relax by the pool and use the outdoor barbecue to prepare meals. There are plenty of sun loungers available. There is also a small arbour that provides protection from the sun.

There are two parking spaces on the property to safely park your vehicles.

The villa is located in the small village of Nova in the west of the island of Korcula, directly by the sea. Many deserted little bays and peaceful surroundings guarantee a dream holiday. On the island of Korcula you can enjoy a quiet, romantic holiday or treat yourself to an active holiday with cycling tours, hiking, diving and snorkelling. The island of Korcula is a beautiful island that will delight you with its natural beauty and cultural treasures. The island of Korcula is located in southern Dalmatia. This 46 km long island with 182 km of coastline and many beech trees is the sixth largest island in the Adriatic. The town of Korcula is one of the best preserved medieval towns in the Mediterranean, with town walls from the 13th, 14th and 15th centuries built around the old town centre. There are numerous historical sights in the town (cathedral, town walls with towers, town hall, birthplace of Marco Polo, etc.)
