The 88 m² south-facing holiday flat is located in a complex with several holiday flats. It was completely renovated in 2014 and is furnished for six people. From here you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea, a nearby golf course, the Gibraltar Rocks and the north coast of Africa.
From the living room and one of the bedrooms, you can access the 27 m² terrace, from which you have a great view of the communal pool and the well-tended gardens. From here you can also partially see the sea. A table and chairs are available here. The complex offers a total of four communal pools and a children's playground for the little ones. The flat also has a garage parking space.
The flat has two spacious bedrooms, one of which is furnished with a double bed (1.50 m x 1.90 m) and the other with two single beds (each 0.90 m x 1.90 m). One of the two bathrooms has a bathtub with shower and massage jets and the other has a shower. Both also have a washbasin and WC. There is also a sofa bed for two more people in the bright living room. There is also a TV with satellite connection, which can also be used to receive international programmes, a safe and a dining table for six people. From here you can access the fully equipped kitchen, which has high-quality built-in appliances such as a hob, oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave and coffee machine. Crockery and pots and pans are also available here. There is also a washing machine, iron and ironing board in the laundry room. A footpath leads directly from the complex to the beach (400 m) and a golf course is only 500 m away and can also be reached on foot. There is a pharmacy, mini market, hairdresser, beauty massage parlour, pizzeria and beach bar in the immediate vicinity. Further shopping facilities are around 10 minutes away by car. The airports in Málaga and Jerez are approx. 1 hour away. A car is highly recommended.
