This semi-detached house is located in a residential area in La Marina, just 10 minutes from the beach.
There is a terrace with garden furniture on the ground floor and a partly covered terrace on the first floor. The terrace with the small gazebo has a cosy atmosphere and offers shade even when the sun shines. On the terraces you can use the available barbecue.
