This villa is located in the heart of the Gulf of Castellamare, only 100 metres from the sea and the beach, which can be reached via a private road.
Outside there is an outdoor bathroom with shower and WC, a covered terrace with outdoor kitchen, barbecue and parking on the property for up to three cars. There is also a view of the sea and Capo San Vito.
The house consists of a living room with kitchen, two bedrooms with double beds, a storage room, a bathroom with shower and WC. A cot or camp bed can be added on request. Wi-Fi is also available. In the living room there are two comfortable sofa beds that can accommodate three people. In total, there is room for up to seven people. The large, bright living room has direct access to the covered terrace. All windows are fitted with mosquito nets and the flat is equipped with an alarm system. TV with satellite connection and WIFI are available free of charge. Washing machine, dishes, pots, cutlery, cooking utensils and bed linen are also available.
A discotheque is less than a kilometre away, while the free beach is only 100 metres away. The owners offer a shuttle service to Palermo and Trapani airports. In the nearby town, three kilometres away, you will find restaurants and shops.
