Holiday flat with large roof terrace

This flat was completely renovated in 2015 and is located in a cul-de-sac. As a result, there is no traffic here and it is pleasantly quiet.

There is a large charcoal barbecue with a separate 85 cm grill plate on the large roof terrace. Garden chairs with cushions, a bench and a table and the terrace received a new outdoor awning and an electric smoker in 2019. Your vehicle can be parked under a carport and there is a further parking space for two more vehicles.

On 90 m² you have a living-bedroom (couch 90 x 200 cm and single bed 90 x 200 cm), a bedroom with double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a bunk bed extendable two times 90 x 200 cm and baby travel bed including bedding, another bedroom in the attic with double bed (180 x 200 cm) and a bunk bed 90 x 200 cm (extendable, extension to second bed, so a maximum of four beds in this room), a dining room with large table and eight chairs, the well-equipped kitchen and a shower room. There is a 50-inch TV in the living room/bedroom and a 40-inch LED TV and satellite receiver in the separate bedroom, as well as a 32-inch LED TV with satellite receiver in the attic room. The kitchen has a large fridge/freezer combination, dishwasher, ceramic hob, coffee machine, Sodastream, Senseo pod machine, Dolce Gusto, kettle, toaster, hoover and microwave. A new oven was installed in 2019. It is covered with PVC flooring and has a small table with two chairs (a children's high chair is available) and an extra freezer. The bathroom with shower and WC has tiles and a washer-dryer. The other rooms have laminate flooring, the hallway, laminate and carpet flooring. Wireless internet (WLAN / Wi-Fi) is available.

The flat is located on the outskirts of Detern. A bathing lake is nearby and can be easily reached by bike. There is a playground within sight.

    “Ein perfekter Urlaub der auch der schönen Wohnung und den liebe Gastgebern zu verdanken ist. Wir werden bestimmt wieder dieses Urlaubsziel anfahren! Positiv: Sehr freundliche Gastgeber und eine sehr saubere ruhige Wohnung. Negativ: Hier gibt es nichts zu reinschreiben Restaurant: Zur Koppel - Sehr gutes Fischlokal Ausflüge: Leer - Sehr schöne Fußgängerzohne”

    “Es war trotzdem ein sehr schöner Urlaub und zu empfehlen. Positiv: Die Gastfreundlichkeit der Vermieter. Negativ: Kleiderschränke im DG fehlen leider.
    Die Beschreibung in Bezug auf die Schlafplätze sollte überarbeitet werden. Diese hat mit den Gegebenheiten vor Ort nicht gestimmt.”

    “Alle, Kinder und Erwachsene waren zufrieden und haben sich wohl gefühlt. Positiv: Spielplätze in der Nähe, gute Fahrradwege auch für Anfänger (kleine Kinder), ruhig, nette und zuvorkommende Vermieter, welche auch Interesse an Hinweisen und Vorschlägen haben, auch nette Nachbarn mit denen man ins Gespräch kommen kann, ausreichend Stellplätze für PKW und Fahrräder, für den Sommer eine schöne große Terrasse. Auswahl der Einkaufsmöglichkeiten mit dem PKW kein Problem. Negativ: Bezogen auf diesen einwöchigen Urlaub ist nichts aufzuführen. Ausflüge: Die Stadt Leer. - Schönes kleines Städtchen mit schöner Füßgängerzone.”
