Villa de vacances "Villa bord de mer" (seaside villa)

This large holiday home is located in a rural setting, between vineyards and fruit trees, close to the beach.holiday home with garden and terrace, ideal for holidaymakers looking for proximity to the beach and to enjoy the Corsican mountains.

To the south of the house is a large terrace with a table for eight and sun loungers under a pergola. The garden is shaded by trees. The grounds are fenced and gated. There is a parking space in front of the house.

The single-storey house has 216 m² of living space. There is a large dining room and a lounge with a sofa bed (1.40 m wide). The house also has three bedrooms. The first has a double bed (1.40 m wide) and an en suite bathroom with WC and bath with shower head. The second bedroom has two single beds (0.90 cm wide). A second double bed (1.40 m wide) is located in the third bedroom (1.40 m wide). The owner also has an extra bed (0.80 cm wide) and a cot available. The second bathroom has a shower. A second WC is located in a separate room with a washbasin. The large kitchen has a cooker, microwave, oven, coffee maker, toaster, fridge with freezer, crockery, cutlery and plenty of cooking utensils. There is also a laundry room with sink, washing machine, iron and ironing board.

The rental is located at the foot of the mountains, in front of the Casinca villages. There are numerous hiking trails and a number of rivers to swim in. In the morning, you can buy your baguette from the baker who stops his truck near the rental property. The village has a grocery shop, tobacconist, supermarket, café and restaurant, as well as shops selling local produce such as fruit, vegetables, charcuterie and a wine cellar. The village also has a petrol station and garage. Three kilometres away is a gently sloping sandy beach, ideal for children. We recommend that you visit the many villages close to the Casinca. The same applies to Castagniccia, which can be reached in 15 minutes by car.

    “Einfach super! Das Haus ist optimal ausgestattet und man ist nur 3 km vom idyllischen, meist leeren Sandstrand entfernt, der ideal für Kinder jeden Alters ist. Ebenfalls 3km entfernt gibt es sehr gute Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und die Vermieter sind immer ansprechbar und sehr hilfsbereit. Der große Garten bietet mit den Orangen-, Zitronen-, Feigen-,und Pampelonenbäumen, sowie den Palmen viel Schatten; wodurch man auch mittags gut die große Terrasse nutzen kann. Diese ist mit Liegestühlen und großem Tisch unter einem Sonnendach ausgestattet. Sehr empfehlenswert!”

    “Die Unterkunft war Südländisch sauber, die Ausstattung war sehr umfangreich und gut (alle Fenster und Türen mit Fliegengitter). Gesicherter Parkplatz, große Terrasse und wirklich sehr freundlich und hilfsbereite Vermieter.
    Mann muss aber erwähnen das man sich in der Einflugschneise von Bastia befindet, wer damit kein Problem hat dem kann man die Unterkunft bestens empfehlen.”
