Holiday house in a quiet location, surrounded by nature, with a garden and a big pool
The house is right in the midst of the idyllic Vinodol hills, in the village of Barci. It is surrounded by pristine nature and offers peace and quiet, privacy and relaxation at any time of year. You will feel at home in this house built in 1895, which was built in an original local coastal style and also provides all the necessary modern comfort.
On the upper floor (85m²) there are two double rooms, a living room with satellite TV and a sofa, and a kitchen, as well as a shower room with a WC. The ground floor (60m²) has a living room wih a sofa, double bed and fireplace, a separate kitchen, a shower room with a WC and a storage room with a washing machine. Both kitchens provide a gas and electric stove, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. There is air conditioning in the upper living room. Outdoor stairs lead to the upper floor.
The fenced garden (300m²) has a swimming pool of 32m², with sun loungers, parasols, garden furniture and a grill area. Parking on site is included. Pets are allowed on request.
