Holiday home in a quiet location, surrounded by nature, with garden and large pool. The house is located in the middle of the idyllic Vinodol mountains, in the village of Barci. It is surrounded by unspoilt nature and offers you peace, privacy and relaxation at any time of the year. You will feel at home in this house dating from 1895, which was built in the original local coastal style and at the same time is equipped with modern comforts. On the upper floor (85 square metres) there are two double rooms, a living room (satellite TV) with couch and kitchen, as well as a shower room with WC. The ground floor (60 square metres) has a living room with couch, double bed and fireplace, a separate kitchen, a shower room with WC and a storage room with washing machine. Both kitchens with gas cooker/oven, oven, fridge with freezer compartment, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, coffee machine and kettle. Air conditioning in the upper living area.
