Holiday apartment with three bedrooms and two bathrooms, a balcony and a terrace

Outdoor stairs lead past your private terrace with a dining area to the first-floor entrance to the holiday apartment. You step into the hallway and find two bedrooms to the left, separated by their adjoining bathrooms. To the right there is the kitchen with an integrated dining table. Two bedrooms have a double bed, the third room a sofa bed. One bathroom has a shower, the other has a bath. They both have a toilet, washbasin and small window. The centre of the apartment is the kitchen unit with a fridge-freezer, an electric hob with two gas rings, two sinks, an oven and small electrical appliances such as a coffee machine and a kettle. The adjoining round dining table provides space for enjoying meals together.

The rear bedroom provides access to the balcony, furnished with garden chairs, where you can enjoy a picturesque view over the garden towards the sea while you are having breakfast or a coffee.

    “Das Haus selber und die Gastgeber sind sehr gut... ABER: als wir dort waren, war rundherum vermehrte Bautätigkeit, da ein paar Meter weiter ein riesiges Hotel entsteht (fast fertig) und teilweise auch nachts durchgearbeitet wurde... schade - Ruhe daher ist nicht.”

    “Im Jahr 2016 sieht Jahr Bereichen hat sich völlig verändert und ist nicht mehr eine große Baustelle. Das Sheraton ist offen, kein Lärm und Srebreno ist wieder eine kleine touristische Stadt am Meer. Fotos von der Umgebung sind ihnen völlig neue, alle Änderungen zu sehen. Fotos nicht von einem professionellen Fotografen gemacht, aber der Besitzer auf einem täglichen Spaziergang.
    Im Sommer 2017 Jahre Srebreno wird noch schöner Touristenziel sein. Sommer 2015 Jahre wird nicht wieder vorkommen.”
