This wonderful holiday home with private pool is immersed and surrounded by the gentle hills of Monferrato, less than 35 km from the famous Asti, a charming town of the Langhe region, which became a UNESCO heritage site together with Roero and Monferrato and is visited by tourists from all over the world throughout the year. Here you are in an area rich in history, culture, art and one of the most renowned places for its excellent food and wine (i.e. Barolo or the truffle from Alba). So whether you are a family or a group of friends, this will surely be the ideal choice for a multi-faceted holiday. Art lovers can visit several museums and historic cities such as Casale Monferrato and Alessandria, while trekking enthusiasts can enjoy the Superga-Crea itinerary, a journey of about 65 km between Turin and Monferrato hills. The beautiful and historic Turin with its Mole Antonelliana and the famous Murazzi is at 55 km distance. For shopping lovers, Milan is less than 150 km from here, as are the shores of Lake Maggiore. Genoa with its historic center and the largest aquarium in Europe can be reached in less than an hour and a half by car. The last 200 m of the access road are not paved and uphill.
