On request and for an additional charge (see additional costs), you can be offered a parking space in the underground car park of the same building, with direct lift access to the floor from the flat.

This comfortable two-bedroom flat is fully furnished and lovingly decorated down to the smallest detail. The spacious living room and kitchen have direct views of the Atlantic Ocean and are superbly equipped. The living room with its cosy sofa and sofa table has a 42-inch LED flat-screen TV with over 100 English, German, French and other foreign TV channels and a stereo system - a DVD player is available. This reads not only DVD formats but also other film formats such as Xvid, Mpeg or Avi. USB interface also available. The living area also has a dining table with four chairs and a bar with two stools. A high chair for children is also available. In the small but fine designer kitchen you will find a dishwasher, a ceramic hob, an oven, a microwave, selected crockery and much more. There is a washing machine in the laundry room on the terrace. Both bedrooms have a large wardrobe and face a quiet side street. High-speed WLAN is available in all areas of the flat (including the terrace) and is included in the price (see additional costs). You will find your internet password on arrival. Fresh bed linen (including baby bed linen) is included in the price. A two-piece fresh towel set per person, consisting of a large and a small towel, will be waiting for you on arrival, also included. Towels can be changed during your stay for an additional charge. A carefully selected collection of films, books and magazines on architecture, photography and contemporary art in general can be found on the shelf in the second bedroom. Free of charge! There is no extra charge for a cot for a child under the age of two. This is a sturdy wooden baby cot with a high quality mattress (baby bedding included) and not a cheap travel baby bed. You will also find some children's toys available, as well as some children's books.

It is only a few minutes walk, via the beach promenade of 'Las Canteras', to the 'Auditorio Alfredo Kraus' (with its international film and classical music festival) and to the large shopping centre 'Las Arenas'. The commercial centre of the city 'Mesa y López' (with the famous shopping centre 'Corte Inglés') is also within walking distance. The old town of Las Palmas (Vegeta/Triana) is easily accessible by bus or taxi. This stunning property is located in one of the best areas of Las Palmas city. It is placed in a very chic building with a selective neighbourhood. In the neighbourhood you will find countless shops, bars and restaurants. You can enjoy a wide range of water activities nearby: surfing, windsurfing, diving, canoeing or kite surfing, sailing, etc. You can also pamper yourself in one of the nearby spa facilities. Treat yourself to a refreshing dip in the Atlantic Ocean directly opposite the flat! Relax and unwind while listening to the sound of the waves in the background.

The building in which the flat is located has two entrances. One of the entrances allows direct access (without steps) to the seafront, an advantage especially for people with reduced mobility. The lift is very spacious and even allows you to go directly from the flat to the garage in the basement.INCLUDED IN THE RENT:- Personalised check-in and check-out service, including key collection and some explanations on your arrival.- Free! High speed wireless internet connection is available in all areas of the flat (also on the terrace). Internet password will be given to you on arrival - Fresh bed linen (including baby bedding).     “Die Ausstattung der Wohnung war perfekt-es hat wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Die Küche funktionell mit hochwertigen Geräten und Gerätschaften. Die Lage direkt an der Las Canteras Beach ist traumhaft und von der großen Terrasse hat man einen einmaligen Blick über die ganze Bucht. Wir haben hier einige herrliche Sonnenuntergänge”

    “Uns hat sie Aussicht aufs Meer, von der Terrasse aus sehr gut gefallen. Was für uns als Familie mit einem Kleinkind wichtig war, dass alles in der Umgebung wie Strand, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Restaurants und Bus von Apartment aus gut zu erreichen war. Diese Erwartungen hat die Unterkunft allesamt erfüllt.”
