This cozy holiday home is located in Viechtach, Germany. There are 3 bedrooms where a total of 8 people can stay and the home is perfect for a holiday with friends or family. The living room has a comfortable couch and the kitchen is equipped with modern equipment. There are 2 bathrooms, 1 both a shower and a bath and in the storage room is a washing machine. You have your own garden with terrace where you can barbecue.

    Wir bekamen lediglich den Haustürschlüssel in unserem Auto übergeben und das war alles!

    Keine herzliche Begrüßung, kein persönliches Zeigen des Ferienhauses, sowie des Inventars und der technischen Einrichtung, sowie keine wichtigen und sicherheitstechnischen Hinweise!

    Ansich empfanden wir die Vermieter als sehr Wortkarg und kalt, also alles andere als herzlich!

    Unterkunft:

    Teils neu, teils zusammengestückelte und ausgediente Möbelstücke!

    Umgebung:

    sehr schön, leider an einer Durchgangsstraße gelegen, zum Glück aber wenig befahren.

    Warum Urlaubsabbruch:

    Unser Jahresurlaub ist vom Sa. den 06. bis Fr. den 12.07. gut verlaufen, gebucht war bis zum 14.07.2019.

    Aber als der Vermieter (mit Landwirtschaftlichen Betrieb) am Fr. den 12.07. nachmittags, die Gülle seiner Rinder direkt vor und um (im Abstand von ca. 10-15 Meter) des Ferienhauses verteilte, war unser Erholungsurlaub regelrecht gestorben und konnten nur noch vor unsäglicher Geruchsbelästigung flüchten, d. h. wir mussten unseren Jahresurlaub abbrechen.

    Die sofortige, nicht akzeptable Geruchsbelästigung müssen wir Ihnen wohl nicht erklären, noch dazu kamen Massen (100te) an Fliegen hinzu.

    Als wir den Vermieter darauf ansprachen, wie wir dieses Tun zu verstehen haben, wurde uns lediglich geantwortet: "das gehört dazu und es würde sowieso bald regnen, dann wäre es wieder weg", was aber nicht stimmte.

    Warum nur in direkter Nähe um das Ferienhaus die Gülle verteilt wurde und nicht im weitest entferntesten Bereich der sehr viel grösseren Wiese, ist uns äußerst unverständlich.

    Alle Beweise sind fotographisch festgehalten und die Verhandlungen der Höhe der Rückerstattung laufen bereits.”
