The roof terrace is equipped with garden furniture and offers a beautiful view of La Cartuja and the typical roofs of the surrounding houses.
The flat has two bedrooms, one with a double bed and one with a single bed, as well as a bathroom with bathtub, washbasin and toilet. The comfortably furnished living room has a fireplace and a sofa bed for two people, as well as a dining table where you can enjoy your meals. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a fridge, freezer, cooker, microwave and coffee maker.
The sea is about 6 km away and Palma and the airport are about 18 km from the house. It is a good starting point for excursions, both by car and on foot. You can enjoy spectacular views on different hiking trails and explore the surroundings of the village. In summer the climate is cooler than the rest of the island, as the village is situated on the rugged west coast. In the area there are several restaurants offering, among other things, typical Mallorcan cuisine, which you should definitely try. There is also a golf course about 10 km away.
