This characterful 19th-century stone house is set in a peaceful location on the bay of La Sienne.

The house has an 86 m² enclosed garden with many plants, which is available for your private use. Relax on the 20 m² tiled terrace with garden furniture, barbecue, parasol and deckchairs. You can park your car in front of the entrance to the house.

This house was renovated in 2007 and has 85 m² of living space. On the ground floor there is 40 m² of living space with an entrance hall, living room with fireplace, dining room and fully-equipped open-plan kitchen. The living room has a television, DVD player and radio. The open fireplace provides pleasant warmth on chilly evenings. The kitchen is equipped with three gas hobs and one electric hob, extractor hood, microwave, dishwasher, fridge-freezer, coffee maker, electric kettle and conventional oven. There are two comfortable bedrooms on the upper floor. One bedroom has a 140 x 200 cm double bed (with a 220 x 240 cm duvet cover), a desk, chairs, shelves and two bedside tables. The second bedroom is furnished with two 90 x 200 cm single beds, a chest of drawers and two bedside tables. You can leave your luggage in a cupboard in the hallway. The bathroom has a shower, washbasin, WC, cupboard, hairdryer and heated towel rail.

A bakery and a butcher's are located one kilometre from the holiday home. There are several supermarkets in the town of Coutances, which is around eight kilometres from the holiday home. Don't forget to sample the regional produce, which you can buy at the local weekly markets. Because of the proximity of the sea, seafood such as oysters, mussels and crabs are a must! The nearest sandy beach is four kilometres away. The River Siena is just 100 metres from the holiday home, where you can go kayaking or fishing.

Internet access is available via WLAN. There are electric radiators in all rooms. A washing machine, tumble dryer and iron are useful for longer stays. If you are travelling with a small child, the owner can provide a cot and high chair on request. The owner lives in the other part of the semi-detached house and will be happy to answer any questions or provide recommendations.

Die Vermieter sind sehr nette Leute, die viele schöne Ideen für Ausflüge in der Umgebung haben. Wir haben uns rundum wohlgefühlt und können dieses Feriendomizil definitiv weiterempfehlen.”

    “Eine hübsche Ferienwohnung in einem 200 Jahre altem Haus. Die netten Besitzer wohnen gleich nebenan. Im Ort selbst gibt es keine Geschäfte, der Strand ist 5km ausserhalb. Man sollte unbedingt ein Fahrzeug vor Ort haben. Es gibt einen kleinen Garten. Die Wohnung ist geschmackvoll eingerichtet, bequeme Betten-aber Vorsicht- eine steile,schmale Treppe führt in das Obergeschoss.
    Wir haben viele Ausflüge gemacht.
    Leider gibt es keinen deutschen Fernsehsender ( Fussball EM),aber
    WLAN funktioniert gut. Man kann streamen.
    Insgesamt eine sehr schöne Urlaubswoche !”
