Luxury flat, slope view, near ski lift, Mittelberg

Luxury and sunny flat (4p) (Mittelberg , Vorarlberg, Austria) overlooking the ski slopes and only a few minutes walk from the ski lifts and slopes.
The flat (type 4) is located in the Aparthotel in Mittelberg, Kleinwalsertal, and is accessible by lift. On the ground floor of the flat is a 4-bedroom (one 2-bed and one bunk bed) and the bathroom. On the first floor is the living room, balcony and kitchen. The view from the flat is one of the most beautiful in the Aparthotel, you overlook the ski slope, and there is sun on the balcony from the beginning of the afternoon until the evening. The living room has a cosy Austrian seat. Pets and smoking are not allowed and there is free internet in our flat.
The flat is located in the Aparthotel (****) and has everything you could wish for a nice holiday. The beautiful hotel is close to the ski lift, the ski school practice area and ski bus stop. The cosy and friendly Mittelberg centre with restaurants, bars and shops is approx. 300 m from the aparthotel. Cross-country ski trails such as the Steinbock trail and beautiful walks start at the hotel. The Aparthotel has huge facilities: a beautiful swimming pool with sun terrace, children's playground with play equipment (including table tennis), dance bar (with often live music), and a bowling alley. Is also provides a SkySpa and wellness centre on the 6th floor. In the Aparthotel there is a ski school and ski hire. The atmospheric and excellent restaurant (also take-away, pizza and bread service) offers breakfast and dinner. When you rent our flat you get (free) access to all facilities, exlcuding the SkySpa. The ski area Kleinwalsertal, together with Oberstdorf, is suitable for beginners and experienced skiers. Walmendingerhorn ski area is only a few minutes (75 m) walk from the flat. This is also the ski school practice slope for children. There is a bus that leaves 50 metres from the flat (free for guests). From Riezlern Kanzelwandbahn there is connection with the ski area of Oberstdorf: Fellhorn Bahn and Nebelhornbahn. There are many ski schools, also in the Aparthotel. There is also a very nice and child-friendly school in Bödmen Baad, just 250 metres from the hotel. The Kleinwalsertal is also very popular with cross-country skiers and (winter) hikers. It has around 121 km of trails. From the village starts the easy, ibex trail, a 16 km long route. For hikers there is an extensive network of hiking trails totalling over 50 km. Three hiking trails start directly in Mittelberg. The Kleinwalsertal offers many opportunities for young and old in summer: idyllic mountain lakes, a large number of hiking (more than 150 km) and cycling trails and a park for mountain bikers. There are many opportunities for Nordic walking in the region. The Breitachklamm gorge is a unique natural monument in Central Europe and is definitely worth a visit. For those who play golf, there are 3 beautiful golf courses within a radius of 20 kilometres. There is plenty for children to experience, such as a toboggan run, mountain lakes, a large outdoor pool and a holiday with Burmi. Burmi offers adventure tours, mountain adventures, treasure hunts, play days and much more. The flat has recently been completely renovated and refurnished and has the typical Austrian atmosphere! In summer the rent includes summer mountain lifts (8). In December, January, February and March we basically only rent for one week. Deviations from this by arrangement.

    “top Positiv: Sehr schöne Ferienwohnung mit einen super Blick in die Berge. Viele Karten für Wanderungen lagen bereit. Man konnte im Hotel alles mit nutzen. Wie Sauna, Schwimmbad und Sportraum.
    Also kurz: immer wieder gern Negativ: Wetter kann man schlecht buchen. :)”
