Apartment Rio Dobra am Fluss Rio Sella

Both AP' have separate entrances with a distance of approx. 20 m. The two barbecues in the garden are separate for one host family per flat, including seating, the distance between the barbecues is more than 5 m. Each guest family has the respective AP self-sufficient for itself, including bathroom and mini kitchen. This holiday flat is located in the municipality of Cangas de Onis, in the village of Tornín, approx. 5 km from the centre of Cangas de Onis. The holiday flat is located on the 1st floor of a typical Asturian country house, in which there are two other flats. Access is possible directly via the rear driveway without climbing stairs. This access can also be used as a terrace. The car can be parked here on the concreted driveway. From here you have a marvellous view of the surrounding mountains. A separate, fenced garden and courtyard area belongs to the house and can be used by all tenants. The river Rio Sella is very close for swimming and fishing. You can start hiking directly from the house. Cycling is also possible. The ideal starting point for visiting the 3 nature parks. You are practically in the middle of it all. The small river Rio Dobra is very popular. It is 1100 metres away. The river offers a starting point to visit the Rio Dobra up to the waterfall with the pot "LA OJA".

The holiday flat with separate entrance has a hallway as access. To the left in the hallway is the sliding door with access to the bedroom. To the right in the hallway is the bathroom with toilet, washbasin, shower and storage cupboards and also with a sliding door directly opposite the bedroom. After the hallway, you enter the open-plan lounge. From here there is a good view of the mountains and the garden. To the right of the lounge is a fitted kitchen unit with a small sink, small storage space and a two-ring hob. Right next to it is a separate fridge with a small freezer compartment and a microwave combination above it. A coffee machine is also part of the equipment. The complete mini-kitchen can be closed with 2 cupboard doors without having to do the washing up immediately. Iron, drying rack & hairdryer are part of the basic equipment. Laundry can also be done in one room by prior arrangement. In the centre of the lounge is the round extendable table with 6 chairs. In the west wall next to the dining table is a buffet with all the necessary crockery and utensils you need on holiday. A 140 x 200 cm sofa bed for 2 people is located on the left. The TV with Astra & Hotbird SAT reception is equipped for some international programmes. The Digtal terrestrial Spanish programmes can also be received. A DVD player rounds off the TV pleasure. The TV table is equipped with cards, dice and board games. TV programmes can be viewed both from the sofa and directly from the dining chairs. There is also a separate bedroom with two bedside tables, lamps and a wardrobe. The bed is equipped with slatted red sheets and a good mattress measuring 140 x 200 cm.Animals in the Rio Sella flat - extra costs and rules of conductIn general, we are very fond of animals ourselves. Therefore, we allow you to bring your favourite pets with you, but you must notify us in advance and agree on special features in advance to ensure the long-term satisfaction of all guests.the flat on the ground floor is fully tiled on the floor. All rooms have tilt and turn windows and therefore have bright lighting and ventilation. The wooden ceiling is slightly sloped with visible beams and measures from a minimum of 175 cm to 380 cm ceiling height. This makes the rooms appear cosy and bright. All windows are fitted with curtains for darkening. The floor is fitted with panels including impact sound insulation. However, because of the flat underneath, you should not jump. Just simple consideration with full occupancy. The bathroom is clean and neatly tiled in keeping with the style of the house. The shower is large at 80 x 120 cm. All taps have thermostat control.

Depending on the occupancy load, the car should not necessarily be driven off loudly late at night. An external car park can be used here for the consideration of the night's rest.

In general, the place and the flat are safe and there are no known thefts so far. The municipality of Cangas de Onis is located in eastern Asturias. It is about 25 kilometres to the beaches around Ribadesella and the wonderful coastline of the east coast of Asturias. Cangas de Onis borders Parres and Ribadesella to the north, Llanes and Onis to the south and Amieva and Parres to the west. Tornín is an ideal place to live for exploring eastern Asturias with the Picos de Europa biosphere reserve, the legendary Covadonga, the protected east coast around Llanes, Ribadesella, the dinosaur coast with fossilised dinosaur tracks and the unique coastal mountains of Sierra del Sueve and Sierra del Cuera. The largely unspoilt Redes Biosphere Reserve and the Peloño Nature Reserve are also nearby. This natural area is home to the entire fauna of Asturias. This includes the northern Spanish brown bear (Oso Pardo), wolves, vultures and eagles. The salmon river Rio Sella is 25 metres away and the river Rio Dobra is 500 metres away. Swimming in the crystal-clear water is a special experience here. The rivers are also a true fishing paradise for anglers (salmon and trout). Here you live in the heart of the natural paradise of Asturias and at the same time close to the great cultural and historical treasures of Asturias in Covadonga (main sanctuary, Cueva Santa, Pelayo tomb, evidence of the beginning of the Reconquista), Cangas de Onis (dolmen chapel and first capital of the former kingdom of Asturias), Llanes (medieval old town, Peña Tú national monument).

    “Goed uitgerust appartement - geschikt voor 2 personen (slechts 1 slaapkamer), eventueel extra slaapcoach in de living. Gebruik van een balkon wordt door de eigenaar toegestaan en is een plus, net als gebruik van de tuin en de bbq. Internet (WIFI) is enkel op het balkon te gebruiken wat beperkend is.
    Goede prijs / kwaliteit verhouding. Minpunt is de nabije baan die voor wat lawaai kan zorgen op de drukke momenten van de dag.

    Goede ligging, op ongeveer 5 km van de stad, voor wie de stad en het uitgangsleven niet belangrijk vindt.”

    “Sehr geehrte Kunden,
    im Salon ist ein großes Schlafsofa mit 2 Matratzen 90cm X200 cm das man ausziehen kann.
    Der Kunde hätte es nur aufklappen müssen oder uns fragen wie das funktioniert.
    WLAN muss über die DLAN Steckdose incl. WIFI Verstärker im Apartment benutzt werden. Nach der Anmeldung werden die DLAN Steckdose (Stromnetz, da die Wand 50 cm stark ist) mit dem WIFI Adapter auf Wunsch für WLAN Nutzung im Apartment immer incl. Gästecodes übergeben.
    Hier gab es ein Missverständnis, da wir dachten der Besucher will nur ungestört auf dem Balkon das WIFI benutzen.
    Optional gibt es wie auf den Bildern beschrieben ein zweites Schlafzimmer und Bad mit Doppelwaschbecken aber nur gegen Aufpreis und vorheriger Absprachen.
    In der Hauptsaison sind die Autos von der N 625 in den Stoßzeiten etwas hörbar, da leider nicht alle die 50km/h einhalten.
    Ohne Verkehrsgeräusche müsste man auf eine abgelegene Hütte gehen.
    Wir haben den Kunden dann im Nachgang in Belgien angerufen und die Punkte abgeklärt.
    Wenn er jetzt ein zusätzliches, räumlich getrenntes Schlafzimmer für eine größere Familie oder mit Enkelkinder haben möchte weiß er Bescheid.
    Des Weiteren den Punkt mit dem WIFI und wie die Details mit dem Schlafsofa zu interpretieren sind.
    Mit den 50km in der Ortschaft hat er leider auch bestätigt, dass die Spanier dies nicht alle einhalten.
    Er hat sich sehr dafür bedankt und hält sich diese Gästeoption bei uns offen.
    Möglich, dass wir für die Saison 2018 optional die Erweiterung 2. Schlafzimmer und Bad als 4. Objektoption anbieten werden.”

    “Ausstattung und Zustand sind echt prima: Eine Ferienwohnung, in der küchentechnisch alles vorhanden ist - sogar kratzerfreie Teflonpfannen, Geschirrtücher, Spülmittel etc. Zwei Kochplatten sind vollkommen ausreichend, ein Grill und guter Toaster sind ja da. Im Fall von Regen konnten wir einen überdachten Balkon nutzen. Das war auch ganz großartig.

    Das alles hätte 5 Häuschen verdient - nur die Lage bringt uns dazu ein Häuschen abzuziehen, denn dadurch, dass Berge ringsherum sind, ist es morgens schattig - aber mit einem schönen Ausblick vom Balkon. Das Häuschen liegt an einer Straße, die uns aber nicht wirklich gestört hat.

    Vor Ort war immer eine Kontaktperson, die im Nebenhaus wohnt und immer mit Rat und guter Laune unterstützt hat - und gute Routenplanungstips hatte ;-)”

    Gerne wieder, denn die Ferienwohnung wurde von Ihnen sehr ordentlich und sauber verlassen. Wir alle sind aber im Sommer oft sehr froh, dass morgens weniger Sonne am Haus ist und man kann in Ruhe seine Sachen packen usw. Natürlich ist der Norden, die Costa Verde, nicht so heiß wie der Süden am Mittelmeer. Auch ist zu beachten, dass wegen den Strandgängen oft eine gewisse Erholung für die Haut ohne dauerhafte Sonne gut tut. Im Sommer kommt von den sehr hohen Bäumen die Sonne über den Berg mit Talöffnung nach Süden später am Haus an. Wenn wir es könnten, wir würden sogar für unsere Gäste Berge versetzen, aber dafür ist der Liebe Gott wohl zuständig.”

    “Die Wohnung selbst ist sehr sauber und gemütlich. Ideal für zwei Personen. Die Gäste können den Garten mitbenutzen. Die Vermieter sind überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit und immer bestrebt, ihren Gästen mit Tipps zu einem schönen Urlaub zu verhelfen. Deswegen haben wir in unseren zwei Urlaubswochen sehr viel kennengelernt und erlebt. Wir können diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt empfehlen. Die Ferienwohnung ist schön zentral im Nationalpark der Picos gelegen. Von hier aus hat man viele Ausflugs- und Wandermöglichkeiten. Wer nicht ans Meer fahren will, kann auch im nahegelegenen Bach baden.”

    “Die Ferienwohnung ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man im Urlaub so braucht.Die Lage ist sehr gut geeignet für Ausflüge und man hat einen schönen Blick auf die Berge. Es ist alles in sehr gutem gepflegten Zustand und das Bad ist topp. Da es ungewöhnlich kalt war für den Mai waren wir sehr froh, dass wir eine Heizung anstellen konnten. Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis ist sehr gut.”
